Diane Sprouse is a currently active Commissioner on the Contra Costa Juvenile Justice Commission. She is the current Chair of the Membership Committee.
Diane Sprouse has spent her career primarily in the non-profit and public sectors serving as the executive director of a housing counseling agency in Contra Costa for 5 years, and as an analyst with the Federal Home Loan Bank. Subsequently, she worked at UC Berkeley for 16 years before retiring in 2016. She was a member and later president of the Board of Directors of the Mount Diablo Community Childcare Advocates preschool (now known as Kidango). She is an appointed member of Concord’s Measure Q Commission, and is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). She has an MPA from Cal State East Bay.
